Application for Listed Building Consent for replacement of shop front along with a single-storey rear extension, 2 no. openings in boundary wall, 1 no. opening in rear wall, 4 no. ridge roof lights to rear, removal of first and second floor partitions, installation of a goods lift and amendment to door position on first floor.

Listed Building Consent - Works include demolition of single storey extension to rear of listed building and erection of replacement single storey extension with roof terrace above.
