Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 25 May 2016 (RN 16/05217/LBC) for the Use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof level of rear building. Variation of conditions 1 and 2, and removal of condition 3 of listed building consent dated 13 May 2019 (RN: 19/02251/LBC) for 'Erection of a full width rear extension at lower ground floor level, involving excavation of rear garden, extension at ground floor level to side of the closet wing and provision of a raised terrace and associated external and internal works. Lowering of floor level of front vaults and front lightwell, including installation of plant within front vaults.' Namely, to allow alterations to the lantern light above the kitchen; alteration to the rear lower ground floor doors and to the rear ground floor French doors; relocation of basement rooflights on rear patio; installation of new casement windows to rear elevation and to side return; installation of trellis on rear boundary wall; additional of threads to staircase between ground floor and lower ground floor level; layout alterations, and associated works.
