NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing number for the layout at 5th floor.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 January 2021 (RN 20/07107/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 02 October 2020 (RN: 20/04526/LBC) for the 'Erection of a single storey extension at lower ground floor level and enlargement of ground floor terrace, reconstruction of mansard roof, demolition of existing conservatory, installation of plant at lower ground floor level and associated changes, in connection with the use of building as a single family dwellinghouse (Class C3)'. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to replace the glass to front ground floor windows, reinstatement of central sash window to fourth floor, replace the dado rail and wall panelling, alter the existing architraves, doors, cornices, skirtings and window surrounds, install decorative columns and new decorative ceiling.

Variation of condition 2 of planning application reference 18/001256/LBC (Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of new south bar/restaurant wing; kitchen extension to rear (east); demolition of existing north-west single-storey extension and internal alterations to existing inn; reorganisation of existing car park to west and modifications to car park access; creation of new patio and other paved areas) for a replacement porch.

Internal alterations.
