Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary condition 8 (approved rooflights) of Listed Building Consent ref: 200452LBC dated 07.04.2020 for: Single storey side/rear extension (following demolition of existing conservatory); alterations to internal layout at ground, first and second floor levels involving; removal of internal partition walls; chimney stack; corner stoves; and removal of false ceiling in the attic; replacement of internal doors; and associated external alterations to rear elevation fenestration (Listed Building Consent). Variation seeks to vary condition 8 to allow use of transparent glass for approved rooflight instead of obscured glass (Variation of Listed Building Consent)

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 January 2021 (RN 20/07107/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 02 October 2020 (RN: 20/04526/LBC) for the 'Erection of a single storey extension at lower ground floor level and enlargement of ground floor terrace, reconstruction of mansard roof, demolition of existing conservatory, installation of plant at lower ground floor level and associated changes, in connection with the use of building as a single family dwellinghouse (Class C3)'. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to replace the glass to front ground floor windows, reinstatement of central sash window to fourth floor, replace the dado rail and wall panelling, alter the existing architraves, doors, cornices, skirtings and window surrounds, install decorative columns and new decorative ceiling.

The carrying out of alterations to include the replacement of existing single glazed windows and conservatory frames and glazing with historically appropriate slim double glazing units and replace several timber doors with powder coated aluminium doors (resubmission of approved scheme 19/02945/LBC with minor variation to include small extension to existing conservatory to provide link with existing external door).
