Proposed strip out of the existing front of house Pumpkin retail unit and the construction of a new Cafe Local retail unit located on Platform 10 and 12 at Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, Bristol. The demolition works include floors, internal walls, ceilings, counters and signage to accommodate the new Cafe Local brand fit out. All works to be contained within the existing site demise area and external illuminated signage to be replaced in the same location as the existing signage with new internally applied window graphics.

Internal and external alterations associated with change of use from shop to residential dwelling including demolition of rear outshot and external staircase, construction of single storey rear extension, removal of shopfront and construction of new brick frontage with door and windows and new rooflights to rear, removal of modern attic stair and reinstatement of back stairs, replacement of windows with vertical sliding and Yorkshire sliding sash windows
