Listed Building Consent: Demolition of existing shed and porch; construction of outbuilding and double garage; basement extension, single storey front extension and roof extension including side dormer and rooflight to create annexe; repairs to rooftiles, relocation of entrance doors; boundary treatments including timber fence and hedges, internal alterations and alterations to fenestration.

Demolition of existing shed, construction of single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the garage and construction of tennis court with associated fencing

Construction of detached cartlodge. Remove all roof tiles and re-tile on new breathable underfelt and battens, re-using existing tiles and matching handmade reclaimed clay tiles. Brick up timber window formed in chimney breast. Alter and enlarge window to west elevation and fit metal framed window. Replace external front wooden fence with metal railings. Remove garage doors and provide a render finish, cladding the attached annexe building with black feather board. Replace doors on either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replace flat roof with a tiled ridge roof. Internal alterations to remove internal walls, cupboards and elevator, infill door openings install new internal walls and create new internal openings.

Construction of new oak framed, single storey garage with minor adjustment of fence position behind, re-routed driveway, and associated landscaping (Application for Listed Building consent).

Construction of predominantly single storey extension to rear, structural alterations to interior & exterior walls and demolition of outhouse/garage to rear of site. Installation of ventilation equipment to service proposed use and erection of acoustic fences to minimise sound outbreak
