Re building existing chimney, Re pointing whole property. Re covering attached barns roof with anthracite sheet roofing. General refurbishment. Installation of new central heating system. Replacing rear windows.

Consent for a garage conversion, new front canopy to existing entrance, alterations to fenestration and internal alterations - Retrospective.

RETROSPECTIVE LISTED BUILDINGS APPLICATION: To replace two existing windows in exact same style and dimensions. Timber frame construction original windows were installed as part of conversion to flat circa 1998.

Listed Building Consent for removal of 2 no. rooflights to west-facing side elevation, replacement of 3 no. rooflights with 4 no. rooflights to north-facing rear elevation, replacement of 4 no. rooflights with 6 no. rooflights to south-facing principal elevation and conversion of stable door to window on principal south-facing elevation (retrospective).
