Conversion of public house to 2 dwellings, including repair and restoration of existing structure, removal of pitched slate roof over part of modern kitchen and lavatory rear extension, demolition of modern kitchen chimney, single storey rear extension to kitchen/lavatory building, redecking of flat roof over kitchen/ lavatory area, new rear door opening, new rear ground floor, first floor and roof window openings, replacement front doors and windows, removal of garden shed and external gates and installation of new fencing and gates. Removal of internal partition walls and staircases. Installation of new internal staircases, partition walls and create new door openings.

Internal and external works including the replacement of the balustrade to the porch, the removal of a window to the rear elevation and insertion of 2 rooflights to the roof at the rear. New patio area to the rear of the property. Listed Building Consent - i) Extensions and alterations to outbuilding, comprising a single storey side extension, two new ground floor windows in the east and west ground floor elevations, three new rooflights in the western roof elevation, replacement windows and doors, ii) replacement of eight rear windows to house and replacement of two front windows to house, and iii) erection of a fence and gate along the road frontage.
