Renovation of the external appearance of this Listed Building rectifying inappropriate works, mostly dating from the 1980s when the property (with adjacent property) was a London and Quadrant Hosing Association group home for the mentally handicapped. Additional fire doors were required for that use, but on sale and conversion to residential flats c 2001 some of the old features, such as the prominent alarm box and basement window guard were left in place.
