Internal alterations to upper floors over No.77 to facilitate the formation of a 2-bed residential unit which include the installation of a lift shaft from ground to second floor and the renovation/replacement of windows.

Listed Building Consent for Conversion of The Studio & The Coach House within the grounds of Lewannick Manor to residential annex accommodation. Works to include re-roofing, general renovation works, re-wiring, heating systems, replacement windows & doors, internal modifications and upgrade of thermal elements.

Renovation of the external appearance of this Listed Building rectifying inappropriate works, mostly dating from the 1980s when the property (with adjacent property) was a London and Quadrant Hosing Association group home for the mentally handicapped. Additional fire doors were required for that use, but on sale and conversion to residential flats c 2001 some of the old features, such as the prominent alarm box and basement window guard were left in place. Internally the door frames from some of these additional fire doors were left in place rather than stripped out. The proposed works seek to rectify this and correct other non-compliant alterations such as the added uPVC windows, added to the rear, and reinstate as box sash timber framed windows
