Repairs to roof and walls following 2022 tree fall

Removal of existing rear extensions and replacement with new single storey rear extension with associated hard and soft landscaping works, part removal of garage roof structure and refurbishment and alterations to the existing summer/pool house and garage. Amended drawings and Heritage Statement received on 17.05.2023. Amended drawings received on 13.06.2023 to remove air source heat pump from side wall of proposed extension and modifications to windows of garage pool house. Amended proposed elevations and design and access statement received on 03/07/2023 and 05/07/2023. Amended elevations and plans received on 17.07.2023 to show Crittall windows to extension and omission of 2nd floor bathroom.

Alterations and extensions, including demolition and reconstruction of rear extensions, excavation of basement floor, removal of tree, alterations to front boundary wall, installation of mechanical plant, erection of cupola at roof level, use of part of garden to rear of No.8 Ordnance Hill, and internal works to all floor levels in connection with the use of the building as five residential apartments.

Removal of the existing dilapidated front wall to the main house and replace it with 850mm high front wall and 1210mm high piers constructed from tumbler blue headers for pier caps and top of the front wall with red brick and blue engineering bricks below DPC level. 2. Perimeter front and side wall to match the same materiality of the proposed front wall to the main house.3. Existing vehicular gate and pedestrian gate to be replaced with 1500mm high vehicular timber slatted double door entry gate and 1200mm high timber slatted entry gate. 4. Removal of existing dilapidated timber constructed log store structures and replaced with single storey rendered store with GRP flat roof. 5. Replacement of existing timber double doors to rear hall. Match existing with double glazed units installed and fully glazed sidelight. 9. Renewal of tarmac to the driveway for vehicular access and main driveway. 10 Natural stone paving added where indicated. 11. Internal staircase to the main house reconfigured. 12. Low level shrubbery added to the perimeter of the proposed wall as indicated.
