Fit out works to include installation of two new doorsets to match existing (where window displays opened up internally to Annenberg Court), new floor finishes, installation of new suspended ceiling with timber clad finish, localised modifications to cornicing to high level ceilings (cornice profile to match existing), recladding of existing columns, repairs to existing window paneling and shutters, new lighting installations, installation of cash desk, midfloor fixtures and perimeter merchandising displays and redecoration throughout.

Consent to replace existing shop front windows with sliding sash windows, insertion of side window, raising of rear wall and changing of pitched roof to flat roof to existing rear extension and repairs to rear elevation.

Internal and external alterations to create a garden flat from the rear of the consented retail unit under DC/20/0018. External alterations to refurbish the existing timber sash windows on the east and north elevations to replace existing single glazing with 12mm slimline double glazed units. Replace the consented dormer windows under DC/20/0018 to the east and west elevations with conservation style rooflight in the internal clay tiled roof valley on the west elevation (Listed Building Consent)

Internal and external alterations to allow conversion of part of vacant retail premises to form 1no. three-bedroom holiday let to include installation of 1no. window to rear elevation while maintaining commercial/retail use in the remainder of the building

Internal alterations to basement level of existing wine bar, Change of Use of the former Fourmark art shop and incorporation into wine bar business, repaint exterior of former shop to match wine bar colour approved ref 23/00562/LBC, replace fixed glazed front window with traditional sliding sash window and lower (modern) part of entrance door.

Demolition of internal fittings and partitions. Addition of external ventilators to existing chimneys, replacement of glazed shop front window, permanent support for section of existing ground floor, addition of mesh to make safe top of existing roof void

Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment and repair works to retail outlet including storerooms on upper floors, redecoration, guttering, roofing and window repairs.

Application for listed building consent for the painting of the lintels around and above the front door and the stone under the front shop window.
