16 Pound Street Wendover Buckinghamshire HP22 6EJ
We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

T1 Crab Apple Fell Located in the front garden, close to the kitchen window. Close to the property. Client feels tree is becoming overly large and tall for its position. The roots are starting to lift up the paving slabs It is also dropping lots fruit into neighbours.

Tree work noted on plan and aerial view of site in alphabetical order. The three leylandii lines to dismantle: a) At the fork in the drive, on the LH side. Plan is to replace with laurel hedge which will be lower (9m compared to 16m height of current leylandii) and admit much more light to the walled garden area. b) The line of leylandii bordering the farm (on the top field with the bonfire in it). There are some broadleaf trees in that line which we would like to preserve, a cherry, Oak, Beech, Hornbeam. c) The line of leylandii put up to mark the helipad on that top bonfire field. These are particularly problematic since they block a huge amount of light in that part of the garden and prevent the healthy growth of the varied trees and shrubs there. d) G1 Apple trees, carry out maintenance pruning, 1.5 metre reductions and 20%crown thin. e) 3 no yews at the foot of the motte (opposite kitchen window) need some lifting and pruning - they're looking straggly with bare branches on the underside. Crown lift 1.5 metres and deadwood. f) T4 Sycamore dismantle to the union, leaving the trunk as habitat, due to close proximity to the house and structurally compromised by repeated squirrel damage and split at the union. g) Small rotten Laurel fell. Weeping Aspen outside the walled garden, situated on the driveway side. Reduce crown height by 3m to 11m.

A single beech tree in the small front garden area. The tree is close to the house approx.4-5 metres and with a height of 10 - 12 meters. The foliage is above the height of the house and approx. 1 metre from first floor window. We wish to reduce tree height by up to 4m, and lateral reduction by up to 2.5m, back to suitable growth points.
