Remove lower branch. Single long branch extends out over wall and roof of stables. Remove in order to protect structures just below it.

G1 (Yew, Holly, Horse Chestnut, Maple, Beech, Laurel) - Reduce all trees back by 2.5meters back to boundary line to keep them well maintained as currently overhanging house and garden.

To cut back to the boundary all the Laurel Hedge at the back of the property. Some of this hedge has already been cut back under planning permission T/00454/22/TCA and T/00106/23/TCA

Removal of non-native evergreen tree. Roots of tree have damaged brickwork of boundary wall and have been advised that they are above sewage pipe as it joins the main sewage pipe in Chapel Lane. Strong likelihood that this may cause a serious problem in the future if not dealt with now. Tree has been allowed to grow to an excessive height for the garden.

The Magnolia tree is located in our front garden and along the Wallis Road boundary. The proposed works are: - Overall crown Crown reduction of 1.5-2m - (Start width approx. 9m to reduction to approx 7m) - (Start height approx. 7m to approx. 5m) - Work will be undertake by a specialist tree surgeon.

To extend by 3 to 5 meters the area of Laurel hedge cut under planning permission T/00454/22/TCA To cut the Laurel hedge and all overhanging branches to the boundary fence to free the existing fruit tree. The current Laurel hedge has grown to about 7 meters high and extends into the garden and into the fruit tree. It causes a large area of shading in the garden and is starting to take root where branches are touching the ground.

Fell eucalyptus tree. Inappropriate location and pigeon muck underneath is causing health and safety concerns for our young children. Intend to plant replacement (smaller) trees around boundary and plant more fruit trees at the bottom of garden.
