There are 3 Lime Trees Numbered no 1. no 2. no 3 on the attached sketch at the back of the block of flats which need pollarding to the level that they were cut to 3 or 4 years ago. This is required because of excessive shading. There are 2 rather straggly Elder Trees Numbered No 4 .No 5. on the attached sketch which are beginning to touch the roof of the Industrial Building the other side of our boundary wall. We would like to cut them back completely and replant more suitable small trees.

1 Ash Tree see pictures Request to remove the ash tree as the tree is in close proximity to the house, approximately 7ft from the front wall. The roots of the tree can be seen where they disappear under the house or very close to it. There are signs of slow cracks in the concrete at the front door. These were small hairline cracks in June 2020 when the pictures were taken. . This can be seen in the picture. In addition, One large branch has grown over the roof of the houses (including No3) and when the leaves grow they are sitting on the roof.
