Brereworde House New Road Beer Seaton EX12 3HS

Ash A3, concerning the neighbour we will reduce the volume of the secondary branched off the two horizontal branches overhanging the neighbour (the ones with the holes in the end) Anything else will be subject to inspection and reporting by the tree surgeon. Ash A2, the group of big self-seeded saplings against the wall, we will remove and replace at the top of the bank with some flowering fruit trees or possibly a Monterey Pine. Scots Pine SP4, we will remove the upper deadwood to above the lower remaining live branch. We will replace with Monterey Pine. Sycamore S22, we will remove the remaining trunk at a point above the woodpecker hole adjacent to where the adjacent trunk/bough broke 2 years ago due to rot. Sycamore 8, a group of 15/20 year old trees we will remove the smaller one to benefit the others and adjacent Blackthorn. Sycamore 18, the smallest of the stand, we will remove to benefit the adjacent Ash and other Sycamores. Horse Chestnut HC1 and Copper Beech CB1, we will cut back branches touching the garage roof and house. Other trees will have basic maintenance removing dead wood etc. Trees along the drive will also have lower branches removed to give 4m headroom for trucks. In addition we will remove the overgrown Leylandii hedge between the cabin and the garage to give light to Blackthorn and field hedge trees.
