T7: Mountain Ash - Remove suckers and Holly at base, crown lift over driveway to 3m. T9: Deodar Cedar - sever ivy at base and inspect trunk at ground level, remove major deadwood, including low branches where necessary and prune back lower branches to lawn edge (up to height of 4m), also prune to clear house by 2.5m, remove hanging branches. T11: Birch - sever Ivy at base

T8 Crab Apple Tree - Fell / Remove tree located centre rear garden. T9 Small Apple Tree - Fell / Remove. T10 and T11 - Fruit Trees - Retain and server ivy at base of trees located along North East Boundary Fence Line within a conservation area

T1 and T2 - Variegated Plum Trees - overhanging driveway fence - to cut these back to the boundary, within a Conservation Area.

Trees in a Conservation Area: Cherry (T1) Fell because of excessive shading, overgrown and strangled by Ivy. Low amenity value. Replace with fruit tree in same vacinity. Yew (T2). Crown thinning and lifting, because overgrown and causing excessive shading. Tree will benefit from reshaping. Ash (T3). Fell. Self seeded and causing excessive shading and in very close proximity to Yew (T2) stunting growth. Mallow (T4). Fell. Self seeded and low amenity value, causing shading and damage to boundary fencing. Mallow (T5). Fell. Self seeded and low amenity value, causing shading and damage to boundary fencing. Apple (T6). Fell because totally overgrown, causing excessive shading and is leaning on fencing pushing panels outwards onto driveway. Replace with fruit tree in same vacinity. Conifer Trees (T7). Crown reduction and crown lifting towards barn because very overgrown and causing damage to rear of barn.

T13 Ash - Fell to fence height (1.8m) within a conservation area

Trees in a Conversation Area: T1 Walnut - reduce, T2 Neighbours Holly - remove limb against fence, T3 and T4 Norway Maple - reduce limbs, T5 Norway Maple fell stem and reduce limbs, 2 x Robinias remove lower branches and raise crown

T1 - Walnut, ht 9m spread 5m radial to reduce back to previous cut points. T2 neighbours Holly - remove limb growing against fence which is 25cm diam, extends 4m into site and is 8m tall. T3 and T4 - Norway Maple to reduce limbs extending over neighbouring property by 6m. Ht 18m Crown spread 9m over neighbours. T5 - Norway Maple to fell this stem it's 30cm diam and 9m tall and all growth is over neighbours fence and beyond extending 7m to the South. T5 - Norway Maple to reduce limbs over neighbouring roof to clear it by 2m and reduce lateral extents on that side by 5m. Currently making contact with tiles. Tree ht is 16m and crown spread is 9m over the neighbours roof, within a Conservation Area

G1 Cypress Trees - Sectional fell as multiple hazard beams, low amenity value, excessive shading and unable to achieve medium/long term maintenance plan with property within target zone. G2- Cypress Trees - Sectional fell as damage to walls, fences, garden structures and other property. Low amenity value, excessive shading within a conservation area

T1 Conifer, section fell. T2 Yew, cut back 1m due to bank of trees damaging private fence adjoining property, within a Conservation Area

T9 Lime -to reduce lowest 2 branches by 30%. T4 - to remove broken branch, remove dead wood over 25mm. T13 Multi Stem Ash - to crown lift to 2m to clear boundary fence only. T16 Ash - to fell to ground level and eco plug the remaining stump to prevent regrowth, within a Conservation Area.
