Trees in Conservation area notification to 1x Elder (Reduce height from hitting neigbours roof) and 1x Yew (Reduce in height by half to reduce shading, and to manage and maintain the tree)

Conservation area notification: Cut back Cypress tree overhanging roof to allow 2M clearance (T1). Fell to ground level dead Conifer (T2). Fell Elders, Cherry, Hawthorn etc in south west corner of garden (G3). Raise Crown on 5 Yew trees overhanging road to allow clearance of 6M. (T4-T8). Fell to ground level Cherry (T9) Remove 3-4 Cypress limbs overhanging drive to allow better clearance. (T10).

Conservation Area Notification - 1x Yew Tree - To be reduced from 35' to 10' high to stop over leaning thatch roof and allow for urgent roof works.

Conservation Area Notification - One American Tulip tree Pruning of branching overhanging neighbouring property, to be cut back to boundary, branching is likely to cause damage to thatched roof and chimney.

Conservation Area Notification for 1 x Yew (No. 2) - Reduce by 1/3 all over to stop branches encroaching on to house roof/gutters and garden. Reducing pollen output as shown on photo.

Conservation Area Notification - 1 Salix babylonica - weeping willow: Pollarded tree standing 4m tall; to fell to ground level to stop future damage to front wall 2 Arbutus unedo - strawberry tree: Small tree, to crown reduce by the selective removal of between 1-1.5m from the branch tips depending on the opportunity to prune to suitable growth. Height reduced from 5m to 3.5 and radial spread from 3m to 2m. 3 Acer negundo - box elder: Growing over the boundary; to prune the limbs over the boundary to give a clear 2 metres clearance from the garage roof, and reducing the main stem also back towards the boundary by pruning back to previous points. In both cases approx. 3m to be removed from the branch tips.

Conservation Are Notification - Crown Raise Willow to give 2m clearance of shed roof - Willow is overhanging the shed roof and requires lifting.

Conservation area notification to: reduce top of one large ash by 2m leaving overall height of 8m, and limbs overhanging garden back to boundary line leaving spread of 8m; reduce two ash to below fence line to stop encroachment of garden and garage roof; reduce top of one ash by 2m leaving overall height of 9m, and limbs overhanging garden by 3m leaving a spread of 9m.

Conservation area notification to fell and remove one large Cypress tree; Prune one mature cherry back to height of 4 metres; Cotoneaster - Remove sections of branch extending over shed roof, reducing the height to 2.5m.

Trees in a Conservation Area notification: T1 Beech. Cut back upper crown by 3m where branches hang over roof. To lift over carriageway to 5.2m. To remove split limb over front garden. To remove major dead wood.
