T7 Fraxinus excelsior (Common ash): Dead tree -Ash Dieback. Fell to ground level.

Conservation area notification to remove one Sycamore.

Conservation Area Application - G1, trees on the rear boundary line consisting of Yew and Thuja. The group of trees are overhanging the property and rear garden by 2 meters this is reducing light and also causing considerable leaf and algae build up in the gutters. We would like to prune them back to as close to the boundary line as possible. Current southern spread of 3.5 meters proposed radial spread of 2 meters on the southern side of the canopy.

Conservation Area Application - Leyland Cypress T1. Reduction by approximately 50% of the current height of an overgrown 11 metre long hedge of 18 leylandii. Trees are currently approximately 15m tall, the proposal is to reduce the overall height to approximately 7.5m and remove one tree from each end of the hedge. The hedge was planted approximately 20 years ago to screen road and traffic noise, it is now overwhelming nearby mature yew, young Japanese larch, liquidambar and laburnum. Quercus robur T2. Reduce a mature oak tree by approximately 25%. The tree is approximately 17m in height and spread of 15m. The proposal is for whole crown reduction to approximately 12m height by 11m spread. The reason for reduction is to reduce nuisance to the neighbouring property. This tree was last reduced by 25% in October 2014 under granted permission. Fraxinus excelsior T3. Pollard mature ash to previous pollarded position, approximately 2.5m above ground level. The reason for reduction is to reduce nuisance to the neighbouring property. Conservation area notification to reduce one Silver Birch (T1) to a height of 6 metres and 4 metres spread and reduce one Liquid Amber (T2) to a height of 6 metres and 4 metres spread.
