4 Birch trees at the front - fell. Group of Birches to the rear - fell to near ground level the 2 trees closest to the house and 3rd leaning specimen.. Cedar - reduce in height and radius by approximately 25%.

Tree 1 - To fell a Christmas Tree (Pine). Tree 2 - To fell a Field Maple Tree. Tree 3 - To trim overhanging branches & top 6 ft from top of Yew Tree (this is the neighbours tree, Marle Hill House, who have agreed to the work being carried out).

Willow (T1): pollard at 7m above ground level. Willow (T2): remove the branches from the stream side. Willow (T3): remove the branches from the house side.

Tree 1 - Beech - Reduce the spread over the house & neighbours garden by up to 3.0m & shape into the remaining canopy. Tree 3 (2 on map) Beech - Reduce the 2 large limbs over the vegetable plot by up to 4.0m.

T1 - (furthest down the hill) - removal of any epicormic, crown lift to 4m from the ground, reduce back away from the road by 2 metres back inside the comms cable - 2 metres to be removed. T2 - Reduce width to 2m back within the comms cable (2 metres remove), remove any epicormic, crown lift to 4m. T3 - Reduce width to 2m back within the comms cable (2 metres remove), remove any epicormic, crown lift to 4m T4 - Reduce width to 2m back within the comms cable (2 metres remove), remove any epicormic, crown lift to 4m T5 - (furthest to the top of the hill) removal of any epicormic, crown lift to 4m from the ground, reduce back away from the road by 2 metres back inside the comms cable, 2 metres to be removed. Also reduction of branches heading towards the house by 2 metres.

Multi stemmed Ash to the rear of The Pump House - Fell to near ground level and treat stump to discourage re-growth

Group 2 - Common Lime - Fell 2 closest to house.

T2 - Small dead Elm to be removed T1 - Large Sycamore to be crown reduced on house side only to give 3-4 meters clearance and blended into the canopy form.

1. 1x multi-stemmed hazel remove approx. 5 stems from fence side of stool. Reduce remaining stems by 2m in height. Selective lifting of branches over garden to 2m above ground level. 2. 2x yew trees (growing as one canopy) prune clear of building by 1.5-2m and lift canopy to eave height on house side only (measurement from ground level unusable due to sloping group).

(1) 3 Silver Birch by the house - Lightly thin, removing crossing branches etc. also selectively reduce the long out of shape branches in the lower canopy by up to 2.5m to shape. (2) 2 Large Robinias - Remove the significant deadwood throughout their crowns. (3) Liquidambar - Reduce the lowest branch to the right hand side by approximately 3.0m.
