Fell to ground. G2 Group of x2 Robinia pseudoacacia, 1x Castanea sativa 1x Scots Pine located within the area of wall repairs and likely to cause continued damage to wall structure if retained due to pressure on the wall structure. T1 - NORWAY MAPLE: Reduce crown by approx. 1.5m in height & spread all around. Finished height to be 9m with a 3m radial spread. T2 - OAK: Reduce limb over pool house by 2.5m. Crown lift to 5m (secondary branches only). Finished radial spread of 7m. T3 - OAK: Remove growth on trunk up to a height of 3m. T4 - OAK: Reduce height by 2m & the lateral spread over neighbours towards road & over lawn by 3m. Finished height to be 14m with an average radial spread of 5m.

26Oak tree (T1) to be felled to ground level. This tree has been heavily suppressed due to their close proximity to neighbouring trees. The crown is interfering with the better surrounding specimens by light suppression and crossing/rubbing branches. 2x Oak trees (G1) to be crown reduced approx 40% (4M approx). The trees are blocking a substantial amount of light to neighbouring properties & gardens. One oak overhanging conservatory, weighted in favour of property. Some stems have failed and fallen previously. Sycamore (T2) to be crown reduced approx 40% (3-4M approx). Crown causing excessive shading to neighbouring properties Walnut (T3) to be crown reduced on right (East) side 1-2M approx to alleviate lean weight and some wind sail. There is a large cavity at the base which has been historically filled with concrete.

Oak Tree- between T473 & T481 Lift to 3m over graves as extremely low branch's touching top of headstone.

There is a Lleylandi tree that we would like to have felled due to excessive shading and safety concerns provided by our surveyor. We are in the process of purchasing the house and want to understand the feasibility to fell the tree. The tree is in the the top left of the garden as you look at the back door of the property.
