T1: Goat Willow. Tree to be felled. Main trunk is rotten and there is now unacceptable risk to life and property. A large primary branch has already fallen just missing the conservatory/house. T2: Weeping Willow. Tree to be felled. Storm damage has caused a significant primary branch to fall hitting the patio/conservatory. Remaining structure is very tall, unbalanced and unstable posing a significant risk to life and property both at this residence and that of the next door neighbour. T3: Conifer: Crown reduction in height by 1-2 metres, with very minor lateral pruning to south side away from property. T4: Apple: Tree to be felled. Significant penetrative rot to main trunk means there is now unacceptable risk to life and property. Replacement fruit trees (apple, plum, pear) will be planted in other parts of the garden. Beech tree - prune to give up to 2.5m clearance to the building line on the main south eastern elevation of Richmond Cottage (this does not include the porch); prune to give up to 2m clearance to any part of the neighbours house at Runnymede; prune to give up to 1m clearance to the overhead telecommunication wires and prune to give up to 3.5m directly over the driveway. Yew - crown lift to achieve up to 2.5m clearance over the ground; prune the crown on the eastern sector, which is opposite the corner point of the conservatory, to reduce crown extent by up to 0.5m. Lime - crown clean (removal of dead, defective branches, stubs) and either option a) crown thin by up to 20% the regrowth from the previous reduction points or option b) crown reduce back to the points of previous reduction leaving where possible a proportion of the smaller live twigs and branches to prevent potential dysfunction of the parent branches or stem; epicormics to be removed once a year over the next 2 years.

T2 Dogwood on eastern boundary of rear garden, adjacent to outbuilding - Prune western side of crown by approximately 1m. reducing to appropriate side branches and providing a minimum of 1m clearance from wall and roof of building. T3 Sycamore on northern boundary, adjacent to lawn - Reduce crown by approximately 2m, leaving a balanced shape. T4 Small English Oak to east of Sycamore - Lightly reduce crown by approximately 1m, to tidy crown form. T5 English Oak adjacent to Sycamore (item 3), to west - Reduce southern side of crown overhanging lawn by 1.5-2m, cutting to appropriate side branches and growth points. Lightly reduce top by approximately 1m, to balance shape. T6 Scots Pine to north of driveway - Remove small, lowest branch hanging down above Holm Oak - Reduce southern side of crown by 1-1.5m, taking care to cut to appropriate growth points/side branches. Lightly reduce top, to balance shape. T7 Beech - Prune small, lower eastern branch protruding from canopy back into line with other branches.

Rear garden 1 x Beech -Fell to ground level. Reason: The Beech tree is too close to a conservatory and causing damage to glass and guttering and damage to the footpath. Owner happy to plant replacement tree much further away from the house and conservatory
