T1- Eucalyptus: Reduce crown by 3m. G2- Hazel and Lawson: Reduce the lateral spread back to the boundary. T2- Lawson Cypress: Crown lift hedge to give a ground clearance of 3m above the parking bays. G3- Fastigiate Hornbeam x4: Reduce lateral spread toward flats by 1m to previous reduction points. Reduce in height by 4m to previous reduction points. Reduce the lateral spread on neighbour side by 1.5-2m to maintain clearance. T3- Cherry: Reduce lateral spread toward building by approx. 1.5m and crown lift by 0.5m on roadside to clear top of hornbeam hedge. T4- Robinia Frisia: Reduce in height by 1-2m to previous reduction points. Reduce lateral spread by 1m. T5- Robinia: Prune out significant deadwood. Reduce lateral spread over rear corner of the building by 2.5m approx. Also remove lowest limb (originating at 3m) to south west over road surface. Fell 1 x Alder (Adj to Flats 47-53) (Works to Trees in a Conservation Area)

Works to various trees within The Highlands Conservation Area- Flats 1-4 Asbury Court (Bin Area) (G7)x3 Ash (adjacent to car parking area), lift crowns to give 4m ground clearance and thin remaining crown by removing no more than 10% of the live growth and (G7) x8 Cypress (left hand side of building)- Lift crowns to give 3m ground clearance. Reduce height of row by 3m to a height of upto 5m and trim face to give at least 1m clearance from building.

Eucalyptus (T9) - Fell. (The tree is contributing to the subsidence damage at Flats 17, 18 & 19 Hamilton Court. The tree is located at the neighbouring property Stanbury House, 16a North Common Road). The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability.

Sycamore tree on the border with No. 18 - Reduce to the height of the flats behind both properties and remove any overhang. Oak tree - Reduce overhanging branches (the previous 2m reduction will need to be extended to a point that stops the Oak interfering with the view and growth of the specimen Conifer but will be kept to a minimum). Second Silver Birch tree to right rear of garden - Remove.

Birch (T1) - Crown reduction by 3 to 4m (to approx. previous reduction points) and reshape. Reason: To reduce shading of garden and flats.

We would like remove a self seeded Beech (Tree 2). The roots are visible under the front lawn and are pushing up the pavement around the bay window of the ground floor flat and also blocking the light. Tree 1 - Acacia tree - Reduce by 6 metres. We have had permission in the past to prune, we would like to have it pruned again as it is blocking light to flats 1,2 and 5 all on the front of the building and it is also growing over the telephone lines and obscuring the street light.

There are 3 Lime Trees Numbered no 1. no 2. no 3 on the attached sketch at the back of the block of flats which need pollarding to the level that they were cut to 3 or 4 years ago. This is required because of excessive shading. There are 2 rather straggly Elder Trees Numbered No 4 .No 5. on the attached sketch which are beginning to touch the roof of the Industrial Building the other side of our boundary wall. We would like to cut them back completely and replant more suitable small trees.
