Remove 4 large low branches of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) to north, reduce easterly spread over garage (east) by up to 3m. Remove 1 no. dead tree next to shed to just above ground level (T2). Remove 2 no. Cypress trees near house to just above ground level (T3 & T4). Remove 1 no. dead tree (T5) near Wellingtonia to just above ground level. Remove 1 no. dead tree (T6) by pit lane to just above ground level.

At least 2 trees overhang into garden from neighbours garden who resides at Seeley Court. One of the trees has had several of the large branches fallen into garden and onto the roof of shed, becoming extremely unsafe in the garden. One of trees is also causing considerably darkness in the back of the house, more so when the tree is full of leaves. Proposed works to have all overhanging branches cut back and the safety of the tree assessed as its heavily leaning onto my wall. I am unaware of the tree species.

4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters. T1. Lilac, to be dismantled and removed to ground level due to close proximity to house, severe over shading inc the neighbour's house/garden and having little amenity value. One of the large limbs currently rests upon the shed roof, the applicant has drainage problems due to debris

I have attached to this application a set of photos of the tree in question and the aerial view of the garden, showing where it sits. The tree in question is a mature sycamore, one of a line of sycamores which run along the back of the garden for The Red House. Whilst the tree is in a conservation area, it is not subject to a Tree Preservation Order The tree itself is in good condition and no work is required on the main trunk and branches of the tree. Whilst the tree is in the garden of The Red House, Aylesbury Road, HP22 6JQ, it is at the back of the garden, adjacent to the end of the garden of 39 The Poplars. The residents of 39 the Poplars have requested we seek permission to cut back the epicormic growth at the base of the tree, which they feel is impinging upon their garage/shed, as illustrated by the last photo attached We have no objection to this work being carried out and will be happy to do the work ourselves, provided that the Council is content for us to proceed.

Crown lift magnolia and reduce(no more than 30%) where possible away from the house 12. Remove young Ash tree with dieback symptoms on boundary between Yew tree and Contorted Willow
