T6 - Cherry Laurel - Prune back to boundary to allow clear passage into the existing parking and that to be formed under agreed planning,. T7 - Chinese Privet - Third party tree located in 63 Murray Road - Crown of tree coming into contact with front of the building resulting in an actionable nuisance. Prune back to give 1.5m clearance from elevation. Prune back on side of number 65 by up to 1m leaving a spread to the north east of around 2 to 3m. T17 - Cherry Laurel - Third party tree located in 67 Murray Road- Undertake works to lift crown to a height of 2.5m over existing access road to garage. This will be undertake through selective branch removal and prune back to the boundary. Undertake reduction of remaining crown on side of number 65 (south east side) only by up 2m to bring back in to formal management. T23 - Lawson Cypress - Fell to continue to improve the garden and open up an area for new planting where there are already a number of trees. Tree will be replaced.

T1 fell - dangerous tree which because of its poor condition poses a hazard detrimental to the adjacent residents, their property and my family on the allotment. The tree is in a very poor condition and is likely to cause serious personal injury or property damage if not immediately removed. Both the trunk and branches are unstable and may drop/collapse anytime. It is therefore imperative that immediate steps are taken to remove the dangerous tree. Please confirm you have no objection to this cause of action. If you wish to inspect this hazardous tree, please contact me. Replant with apple tree.
