We have been asked to remove 6 x Sycamore at the rear of 166 Croaxted Road that are within a conservation area but causing Subsidence at the property. All 6 tree a within the area marked on the map. an Arboricultural Appraisal has been carried out which I have attached

1 Spruce tree (T1) and 1 Sycamore tree (T2) overhanging onto car park adjacent to Fetal Medicine Research Institute on Maudsley Hospital site.
