Hampshire County Council (HCC) have identified an Ash tree with large dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane which constitutes a highway hazard. Please see the location plan with the location of the tree marked with an X, also HCC's letter to Mrs Parsons with a picture on Page 3 of that letter showing the location. The tree is on the boundary of the field adjacent to Old School House. Both the field and Old School House are owned by Mrs Pamela Parsons. Permission is sought for the removal of the dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane and any other part of the tree which is identified as unsafe by the company engaged to do the work. The tree is due to be inspected on Saturday 2nd December by Chris Brennan of Brennan Landscpapes.

Crown reduction of: 1. One beech 9.0m tall - reduction by 4.5m 2. One yew tree 6.8m tall - reduction by 3.4m 3. One yew tree 7.1m tall - reduction by 3.5m Removal of 7.1m tall yew tree (point 3) - this tree is situated on the corner of the crossroads. It requires continued maintenance for road user safety. The tree blocks a considerable amount of natural light and skyline from the house. It is dark and oppressive, and this is impacting the mental health of a member of the household. This tree is fast growing and ongoing maintenance is at a considerable cost.

Maple (T1) - Reduce height and reduce back from building by 2-3m. Jack Monti (T2) - Reduce height by 2m back from house and crown raise 5.2m. Silver Maple (T3) - 30% All Over reduction.

Beech (T1) - Fell/Dismantle Has meripilus giganteus, cracks have appeared, tree has moved towards the house.

Line of trees T1 to T7 on rear property boundary, medium mature trees crowded out inhibiting lower growth and broader tree health. Owner and neighbour would like to remove T 2, T4 and T6 in order to promote more balanced growth and shape of T1, T3, T5 and T7. Owner wishes to subtly take back the tree by 2m on the house side whilst retaining shape and height, smaller branches only max cut 75mm Should permission to remove T2, T4 and T6 not be granted the owner would like to reduce the height of T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6 by 5m and remove main leaders. This has been requested by our customer as well as the owner of rear property that this line of trees borders to the rear.

1no. Cedar (T1 on plan) - Crown reduction by up to 2.5 metres and crown raise over house to give 4 metres clearance from building.

T1 Oak: fell (replacement planting proposed). T2 Walnut: crown reduce limbs overhanging the bungalow roof by 6m. Reduce the northerly limb over the house to the forks 2m from the trunk and reduce the west facing limbs back to the fork 5m from the trunk.

T1- Oak -dismantle to ground level due to trees location to garden steps, patio and house. This has caused excessive shading, leaf drop and as you can see inpictures branch drop in crown over house and patio T2-Oak -deadwood, reduce right hand side of crown from 12m to 9m to balance and encourage growth on the right hand side once t1 is removed T3- Cherry - dismantle to ground level due to damage from browsing of bark.

T1: The copper Beech tree on the grass triangle opposite the Porch House, to be crown lifted all round by 2.5 Meters and all dead wood to be removed.
