The trees do not have a TPO but sit within Weston Turville conservation area. The quoted work would be carried out by J Fox Tree Care (Qualified Tree Surgeon at West End, Weston Turville 07990 998539) The work would include reducing the lateral overhang by 1 to 1.5 metres so the trees are back to the boundary fence and therefore not so close to our house. The work would include reducing height / overhang of the Beech, Hornbeam and Purple Beech by approximately 3 metres or less. The trees are blocking light and have not been maintained. Work will be carried out from 10 Wheelwrights and the owner of Butchers Orchard is aware that the Tree Surgeon would need to access to the trees. All work would be fully insured and all waste removed. The work would be paid for by myself. I attach a map of 10 Wheelwrights boundary and where the trees are situated in 62 Main Street, Butchers Orchard.

T1 - Remove Beech tree, the tree is in close proximity to the house and is causing increased concerns to the occupants. The tree has Phytophthora and has dropped a limb recently.

Laburnham, tree, has been damaged by lorries passing along the small lane, it is on the corner of the plot. It is half dead. I would like to cut the tree down, There is another laburnam tree further back from the drive next to the house

1. Area of woodland i have outlined in maps contains many mature and fantastic trees- we would like to remove all holly and laurel which vary in size but are on average around the middle canopy level they have started to take over the woodland area over the years so hopefully by removing them we can create a better look and to give space to the more mature trees like the yews, beeches and oaks. 2.We would also like to remove dead trees and leave for habitat, also cleaning up any already fallen tree again for habitat. 3. Finally any large areas of nettles and brambles we would like to flail down to open this woodland up and hopefully gets some ridding tracks clear for horse riding and general use of this lovely woodland. I understand this is brief but im happy to organise a meeting with the tree officer to go over and explain what we want to do and achieve. Few comments from Vanessa herself- I have inherited an area of woodland at Whaddon Hall from my late husband, who lived at the adjoining Chase House until we married and had very happy memories of this landscape. I have met the Forestry Commission on site to take its advice on care of the ten trees with TPOs and the starting point is control of surrounding ground cover - specifically invasive levels of laurel bushes (to be removed) and hollies (to be controlled). I have engaged a specialist contractor for these works - Stanton Tree Care - and seek permission to proceed.?

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

t1-3 Silver Birch- Crown reduce by 1.5 metres maximum, due to proximity to house. t4 & 5 Spruce- Remove trees to ground level due to proximity to planned extension and overcrowded planting. Species does not lend itself to being reduced. t6 & 7 - Trees felled prior to decision notice being issued t8 Conifer Sp.- Remove tree to ground level due to proximity to planned extension and overcrowded planting. *t9 on map does not exist* g1 6x Balsam Poplar- Reduce to previous points to continue management of trees. t10 Ash- Crown redcue by 2 metres maximum, due to proximity to road and neighbouring houses. t11 Weeping Willow- Re-pollard to previous points to continue management of tree.

There are two large common conifer trees to the right hand side front elevation of the property. One of the trees is approximately 1 meter away from the property, which is causing concerns regarding any undermining of the property. We wish to remove the tree closest to the house completely and to cut down the branches of the other tree so that it falls below the level of the thatch (40% reduction).

T1. Leyland - Remove because it is a larger and overbearing tree that is growing strongly in close proximity to the house. It is now beginning to lift and disrupt the paved surface below. T2, T3. Lawson Cypress - Reduce height by approx 2 meters as required to ensure a reasonable shape and balance to these 2 trees after the removal of T1.

I would like to request the complete removal of the Sycamore tree as it is located too close to my home and has become a hazard. Its branches and leaves are overhanging the roof of my house and its roots have started to encroach on the foundation of the property. In addition, grey squirrels have been using the tree to gain access to my loft space and this is causing damage to the insulation. Given these issues, I believe that the removal of the tree is necessary to avoid any potential damage to the property, both structurally and environmentally. Please let me know if you require any further information or if there are any additional steps that I need to take to facilitate the removal of the tree.

The removal of a grey alder tree (c.3 metres in height) close to the rear boundary of the house, for preventative measures linked to subsidence due to the clay subsoils in the area.
