T1 Spruce. Previously topped resulting in 2 leaders, and secondary stem from base. Remove tree due to proximity to house and inability to reduce/shape Spruce species properly. T2 Apple. Remove due to proximity to conservatory and concern of root damage

Please see attached "sketch plan" for location of trees. Apple (T1) - Fell as tree is Sying rotten boughs / Branches have fall on car parked on drive and nearby house. Danger due to proximity to house. See attached photos. Aylesbury Prune (T2) - Fell Main old trunk is dying, several large boughs have fallen off landing where our children play, tree is leaning significantly towards the childrens playhouse and conservatory. If it were to topple, it could endanger life. There is new growth which we will preserve and train up to replace old growth. Please see attached photos.

T2 - Lawson Cypress - Fell because of close proximity to the brick wall connected to the boundary wall of the property, the house, conservatory and stores. Potential damage to the structural integrity of the buildings surrounding it. T3 - Lawson Cypress - Fell because of close proximity to the garage and greenhouse. Potential damage to the structural integrity of the buildings surrounding it. T4 - Apple - Prune tree by opening out centre, removal of dead wood, crown reduction 1.5 - 2m
