Manor Lodge 7 Bishopstone Bishopstone Buckinghamshire HP17 8SF
There are 12 Leylandii Tree forming a Hedgerow and the front of property as shown in Sketch Plan and images. The 12 Trees have overgrown through the years and left very little to no protection below the crown of the Trees as you can see in the images provided. This is causing no sound protection and no visibility protection as the fence is also long past it sell by date. The new home owner would like to remove the 12 Leylandii, put up a new fence to match the previous which is a 1.8m-2m close-board fence and to replant 12-15 new Leylandii Infront of the fence to replace like for like what is already there. This will allow better maintenance and to keep in scope with the village requirements. The proposed works will be to carried out in 6-8 weeks which then also sees us past bird nesting season.
10 Wheelwrights Weston Turville Buckinghamshire HP22 5QS
The trees do not have a TPO but sit within Weston Turville conservation area. The quoted work would be carried out by J Fox Tree Care (Qualified Tree Surgeon at West End, Weston Turville 07990 998539) The work would include reducing the lateral overhang by 1 to 1.5 metres so the trees are back to the boundary fence and therefore not so close to our house. The work would include reducing height / overhang of the Beech, Hornbeam and Purple Beech by approximately 3 metres or less. The trees are blocking light and have not been maintained. Work will be carried out from 10 Wheelwrights and the owner of Butchers Orchard is aware that the Tree Surgeon would need to access to the trees. All work would be fully insured and all waste removed. The work would be paid for by myself. I attach a map of 10 Wheelwrights boundary and where the trees are situated in 62 Main Street, Butchers Orchard.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

Trees A and B: Ash trees x2 Reduce crowns. Remove 5m Final height 20m Clean crowns including removal of Ivy. These trees are in close proximity to house and overhang nursery school playground. Causing excessive shading as overhanging both properties. Hawthorn underneath close to neighbouring building needs attention. Recommend reducing in height to level of fence. Tree C: Ash tree x1 Reduce crown. Remove 5m Final height 10m Causing excessive shading to adjacent Conifer hedge and overhanging neighbouring garden. Tree D: Cherry tree x1 Reduce crown. Remove 4m Final height 8m Clean crown. Causing excessive shading to adjacent Conifer hedge. Tree E: Hazel x1 Reduce in size. Remove 3m Final height 3m Causing excessive shading.

Conifers (A) - Remove conifer trees on the front boundary to ground level. This looks like a single tree but multiple all on top of each other. These trees are getting too large, block off the light to the garden and house, interfere with the telephone pole/wires and don't add any character to the property and actually hide the higher value trees from the road. We plan to back plant the existing fence by continuing the existing laurel hedge along the front boundary.

T1. Remove Hawthorn tree over 6 mtrs in height located in our driveway and replace with a planting scheme of Red Robin Trees along the back fence which are in keeping with the local area and easier to maintain. This will provide extra privacy to and from neighbouring gardens as our house is in an elevated position we overlook the gardens of neighbouring properties T2. Crown reduction on Walnut Tree planted c.1980. Tree is leaning excessively and is most likely unsafe as per findings from RGS Tree Surgeons report from 3 years ago. Tree has grown much taller since last report and is now taller than neighbouring property roofline. Tree is also less than 2 mtrs away from the brickwork of the neighbours house. We only want to reduce sufficiently to make safe. 3 to 4m crown reduction

[1] Request to fell Ash tree, which Arborist [Tim Wilson, of Roderick Wilson Tree Surgery] has confirmed is showing early signs of Die Back. Tree has started to lean more heavily and has, for first time this year, has been absent of leaves on South-facing side of the tree. The tree leans over recently erected woven Willow fence, three one year old Eucalyptus trees [planted earlier this year, to provide screening replacement for Ash when felled] and a holly hedge [planted 3 years ago]. Tim has confirmed that felling now will allow us to negate collateral damage and I do not wish to resort to felling by cherry picker in a year's time, when Tim might refuse to fell using traditional [and cheaper methods]. Worth mentioning that Eucalyptus trees have already been planted, to provide more than adequate replacement for Ash in a year or two's time. Additionally, I also 'own' two more mature Ash trees, including 1 within the boundary of garden to the house - Tim has suggested felling of dieing tree now will help keep die back away from two healthier trees for longer. [2] Request to reduce weight in Sycamore, which towers over the entrance to the 5 Crafton Farm barns and which, should it fall at current volume, would do material damage to my property at #14 and, in all likelihood, the Grade 2 listed Crafton Farm. Our plan is to reduce canopy by 20%, by 1 to 2m off lateral growth and 2 to 3m off height.
Stockwood House Ivy Lane Great Brickhill Buckinghamshire MK17 9AH
Front Garden - T1 = Bay Tree: Starting Height - 7m Finishing Height - 3m Works Required - Reduce by approx 50% so it sits just above the light, trim all round to compact form. (Reasons: This is to help prevent the tree from overhanging the footpath it sits next to / above and to also prevent it getting too close to the nearby light / electricity wires. It will also be more aesthetically pleasing to the public, once work is complete, as it is in the front garden) Back Garden - T3 = Apple tree T4 = Pear Tree Starting Heights - 8m Finishing Heights - 6m Works Required - Reshape crowns and remove water shoots (Reasons: The trees are becoming a bit overgrown and messy, they just need a tidy up to help reduce the mess around the garden from the trees and to neaten them up to encourage healthy growth again) Neighbours (No.12) Cypress = T5 - Cut all overhangs back to fence line No work to the height / crown of the tree, just the overhangs. (Reasons: Tree is in the garden next door to Stockwood House, Mr Wilson of Stockwood House would like to cut back the overhangs from his next door neighbours Cypress tree to his fence line, as it creates unnecessary mess, shade and does not look nice from Mr Wilsons side)
Garfield Church Lane Oving Buckinghamshire HP22 4HL
T1 Corsican Pine - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. Full height of tree T2 Cypress - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. Full height of tree T3 Cherry - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. This tree is encroaching over and impacts on the house. Full height of tree T4 Goat Willow - Fell to ground and grind stump. This substantial tree straddles the boundary line of both properties, with the trunk and root structure now within 2 feet of both properties, and height exceeding roof level. It is at risk of causing damage to both properties, and is already pushing against our neighbours outbuilding. It further prevents fencing being erected to define property boundaries, and our side access gate from opening and closing. Both parties have agreed to its removal.
