To extend by 3 to 5 meters the area of Laurel hedge cut under planning permission T/00454/22/TCA To cut the Laurel hedge and all overhanging branches to the boundary fence to free the existing fruit tree. The current Laurel hedge has grown to about 7 meters high and extends into the garden and into the fruit tree. It causes a large area of shading in the garden and is starting to take root where branches are touching the ground.

Fell eucalyptus tree. Inappropriate location and pigeon muck underneath is causing health and safety concerns for our young children. Intend to plant replacement (smaller) trees around boundary and plant more fruit trees at the bottom of garden.

T1 Yew: reduce height by 1.5m and reduce sides to leave a natural shape. T2 Holly: reduce by 2m and reduce uppper sides to blend into the top of tree. T3 Yew: crown lift to 4.8m over road. T4 Yew: crown lift and remove branches touching the church to give a 2m clearance of church walls. G1: crown lift to 5m over boundary of White Cottage

Horse Chestnut tree, approx. one third way up the garden, beyond the half hedge, by the boundary with Lanterns. Lowest branch hanging over neighbours property by 5-8 meters and intruding into a silver birch in neighbours garden. This branch to be back.

T1 - Portuguese Laurel - Crown reduce by approx. 1 metre to entire crown leaving a finished height of 2.5m with a crown spread of 2m Left Hand rear boundary - Prune back ( mixed species ) overhanging branches back to fence line.

The boundary of Michaels field - Coppicing of old ivy cladded Hazel and Hawthorn to allow natural regeneration

G1 Group of Yew and shrubs - excessively overhanging communal garden, preventing full use of the garden and shading issues - Cut back overhanging branches back to boundary up to 4m height. All species to be work will regenerate from pruned points

1. Large Cherry Tree adjacent to boundary hedge. This is heavily overgrown and the crown will need reducing in size by up to 3m all over. The excess growth overhangs the public footpath that runs along the outer edge of the boundary hedge. It also is now growing into overhead cables 2. 3 x Silver Birch. Tops lowered by 2m a couple of years ago to bring them below the overhead cables, but this work will need to be redone within the next 12-24 months. There are no plans to fully remove the trees, just reducing them in size so as not to encroach on overhead cables or the public footpath.

T1 - Ash. Tree has been heavily reduced historically. Stem leaning towards neighboring property, phototrophic growth due to neighboring Oak tree. Suspect early stages of Ash dieback. Given trees location in a well-used Pub Garden, and on boundary with residential property we hope to remove the tree entirely and re-plant with a native species in a suitable location on site.

T1 - Sycamore trees (along Milkingpen Lane that encroach over boundary line): Reduce back to boundary line. T2 - Sycamore trees (by new entrance): Fell to 100 - 500mm above ground level.
