T1 Oak: fell (replacement planting proposed). T2 Walnut: crown reduce limbs overhanging the bungalow roof by 6m. Reduce the northerly limb over the house to the forks 2m from the trunk and reduce the west facing limbs back to the fork 5m from the trunk.

T1: Silver Birch: reduce lowest limb extending over garden by a maximum of 1.5m T2 &T3 Plums: Crown lift to a maximum of 3m and reduce back lateral limbs on the Northern side over the summer house by a maximum of 2m. T4 Ash: Crown lift to a maximum of 3m

T3 - Silver Birch situated close to the house. Dismantle down to ground level.

T1 Willow: crown reduce by 3m leaving an approx. finished height of 15m with a crown spread (radius) of 15m and thin crown by 30%. T2 Sycamore: prune back branches encroaching the house roofline to give 3m clearance of the property

Ref 1 - Chestnut - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree has been allowed to grow too large for its location and is now casting a large shadow over the neighbours house. Ref 2 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree was pollarded by previous owners and is now showing signs of rot and is very brittle. A large branch was found in the garden when we moved in in Sept 2022 very near the neighbours garage. Others branches are splintering. Ref 3 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - This tree has been planted on top of a mound of earth and allowed to grow slanted. This tree is now leaning towards the fence and neighbours garage. Concerned that this will cause damage in future.

T1- Oak -dismantle to ground level due to trees location to garden steps, patio and house. This has caused excessive shading, leaf drop and as you can see inpictures branch drop in crown over house and patio T2-Oak -deadwood, reduce right hand side of crown from 12m to 9m to balance and encourage growth on the right hand side once t1 is removed T3- Cherry - dismantle to ground level due to damage from browsing of bark.

Laurel tree (T1) - Remove 1x Laurel tree in back garden to ground level as tree is pressed against house and may cause damage to property in future. Laurel tree (T2) - Remove 1x Laurel tree in back corner of garden to ground level as trees are compressed and struggling for light.

4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters. Yew trees [1 & 2 on plan] either side of drive gateway to be dropped as far as possible and archway effect maintained [overgrown and keep light out from front of house]. Overgrown bushes [5 on plan] under to be trimmed a little to tidy up. Mixed hedge [decidous and evergreen - holly, budleia, elderberry] to side of house [3 & 4], along road to be topped in line with windows opposite to keep privacy and tidy up. Hazel tree [3] to be reduced as far as possible to maintain privacy from flats opposite and sycamore [6 - not seen from road] to be removed if possible. General tidy up of trees in conservation area without removing any trees [apart from unseen sycamore - 6] Photos also provided.

Tree H - Hawthorne: crown reduce all round by approx 2m so the tree no longer touches the house. Tree A - Apple - deseased fell.
