Cherry & Willow - Reduction by 0.3m and tidied, Small Privet - Height reduction by 0.3m and tidied, Hedge - Top trimmed by 0.3m and pushed back as much as possible without harming it. Reason for all works: tidy the garden and maintain well.

Eucalyptus (X on map)- Located at front of property- Crown reduction by approx 8m in height and lower branches by approx 3m. Reason: Dominating front garden; Cypress- Located front of property- Fell. Reason: Dying inside and too big for the area.

Pine tree- Fell. Reason: Leaning at considerable slant and blocking access to garage. The tree is in poor condition and leaning across the driveway and towards the church hall building.

T1 - Norway Maple - Reduce height by 2metres and side laterals by 1.5metres to suitable growing points - Reason: Due to the tree being in close proximity to neighbouring building to keep to a reasonable size and from damaging the building;T2 - Variegated leaf Acer - Fell - Reason: Due to overcrowding on planted area and let more light to the shrubs and small trees below, Laurel tree right next to the variegated leaf acer will stay. T3 - Laurel tree - Reduction by max 0.5 meters - Reason: To tidy and bring slightly back into shape. T4 - Copper Beech - Reduction by max 2m all round - Reason: Due to close proximity to neighbouring property and general maintenance to the tree.

Sycamore tree- Rear of property. Currently 45ft tall- Fell to ground level. Reason: Risk of falling due to protruding branches/trunk and health hazard to young children.

Yew- 1m crown reduction, Magnolia- 2m crown reduction and remove dead wood. Both have grown rather large and they are touching the property.

Mixed species including Goat Willow, Cherry, Ash, Hornbeam, Laurel, Hawthorn, Sycamore and Maple- Located at Car Park Boundary- Reduce all crowns overhanging the car park by up to 3m as needed. Remove all lower secondary branches to a height of 4m over the car park, reduce back all lower growth (to a height of 2m) 50cm beyond curb edge . Reason: To provide clearance to car park

Oak - boundary with 19 Green Close - reduce lateral spread into no. 19 Green Close by 1.5m, cutting to suitable growing points;crown lift to 3.5m. Reason: To reduce the excessive shading of the garden and house.

T1 Oak- Section fell dead tree to as close to ground level as possible; T2 Sycamore- Section fell dead tree to as close to ground level as possible. Reason for both: These trees are dead/dying and are to be removed on safety grounds.

Norway Spruce- Located in rear garden of 27 Back Lane- Reduce by approx 5m to boundary. Reason: Overhnaging into garden.
