Work to all trees in Group 2 (G2) as marked on the plan on page 5 of JJH Arboriculture Tree Survey & Inspection for Maple House, The Green, Fairford, Sept 2021 T5 (wild service tree) One primary leading stem is starting to twist around, and rub on another leading stem. Prune problematic leading stem back to main trunk as shown on diagram on page 12 of JJH Arboriculture Tree Survey (see full title above) T6 (sycamore) Reduce canopy by 2m - 3m all round to reduce end loading pressure. (see page 13 of report) T7 (lime) Removal of minor branches up to a maximum of 100mm in diameter back to the boundary line. T8 (lime) Removal of minor branches up to a maximum of 100mm in diameter back to the boundary line.

The tree is a Variegated Maple To reduce the size of the tree by 30% and to resolve it's encroachment on telephone lines and overhanging neighbours property. The tree is on the property, on the boundary fence line to the South of the property and to the North of Home Farm, Calf Lane, Chipping Campden

T.1 - Beech - reduce crown by 3.5m shape shape. T.2 - Silver birch - reduce crown by 3m and shape . T.3 - Walnut - raise 2 lower limbs over driveway back to main stem. Remove deadwood. T.4 and T.5 - Lawson cypress - reduce height to 1m below utility lines T.6 - Sycamore (in The Dower House) - reduce overhanging branches back to boundary line/middle of river. T.7 - Yew - (in The Dower House) - reduce overhanging branches back to boundary line/middle of river. T.8 - Liquidambar - remove

Fell sycamore on roadside verge outside the boundary of Manor Farm and Hinton House. Fell sycamore in garden of Manor Farm Cottage

Beech - fell because of excessive shading and low amenity value. The tree is located close to the rear wall of the listed building and causing excessive light shading to the interior of the house. The tree is also located very close to the Cotswold stone boundary wall and root damage is a concern. We wish to replace the tree with five semi mature espalier holm oak pleached trees.

Dead Willow (T1) situated adjacent to boundary wall of 22, The Village, reduce to a short trunk at 2 metres and allow to re-shoot. (EXEMPT) Willow (T2) situated in front of property, carefully fell in sections to as near ground level as possible. Reason - Tree is in poor condition and too close to the house

Front Garden- FIG 1-Remove two green conifers which are overgrown and have dead foliage, replace with contorted willow and shrubs to add interest. Trim and reduce two blue conifers, these are overgrown and too close to overhead cables. FIG 2- Removal of Laburnum tree situated too close to the house which may cause structural damage and could be dangerous to young children living at the property. FIG 3 - Remove any dead branches from two cherry blossom trees at the front of the property. Driveway- FIG 4- Reduce height of green conifer by 15% to ensure stability and reduce risk of damage to surrounding area. FIG 5- Remove one green conifer planted too close to the garage which may cause structural damage and has had unsightly pruning to allow limited access to path. Back garden- FIG 6- Three green conifers overgrown and unsightly was a hedge, access needed to repair boundary fence and will be replaced with Garrya elliptica and Choisya. FIG 7- One Blue Spruce situated too close to our garage, neighbours' garage and boundary fence. Pruned badly and height is concerning for small back garden. Replace with Magnolia.
