T1 - Beech tree, rear garden over fuel oil tank - Recent limb failure over tank. Recommendations, reduce low over extended lateral on Southern side of crown, over oil tank, by 2.5m - 3.0m. T2 - Purple leaf plum, Western gable end of house - Tree growing in close proximity of listed building, also suppressing growth of adjacent hornbeam. Removal recommended and consider replacement in better suited location. T3 - Horse Chestnut, Western boundary - Significant de-lamination and blistering of bark around main stem at ground level. Also visable in central leader in upper crown. Damage likely caused by Phytopthora. Tree located on boundary with neighbouring property. Removal recommended. T4 - Acer Negundo, boundary with Western lawn - Low aesthetic value to this area of the property. Tree is suppressing lower crown of the higher valued copper Beech, on its Western side. Removal recommended. Property owner has recently planted 100+ heavy standards (pine, field maple, hornbeam, rowan) next to the property and has an additional 100 being planted November 2023.

T1 - Robinia (Croft House tree) - 3m lateral prune on South side of the tree. G1 - Conifer & Cherry - fell the Conifer and re-shape the Cherry tree. T2 - Apple - prune. G2 - Boundary trees (Croft House trees) - cut back to boundary line. T3 - Holm oak - cut back to boundary line (Croft House tree). T4 - Ceanothus - 1m overall crown reduction and balance crown

Magnolia tree in back garden of private house. Too large. Taking over the garden, blocking light, reaching over boundary fencing. Tree needs to be lowered, thinned and shaped

T1 - Sycamore - Reduction of overhanging branches from a 17.6m sycamore tree on neighbours property. Reduction of newer lateral branches by up to 4 metres. No larger limbs are being removed. See picture for red line. T2 - Lime trees that run alongside the boundary along the house to be reduced back to the boundary of the neighbours - 1.5 metres

Fell 9no. Cupressus sp. conifers located on the boundary of Adlestrop Park and Reality House.

G1 - Group of young ash trees and one willow with cavity. We wish to fell and replace with a suitable amenity species. G2 - Five lawson cypress damaging the boundary wall: we wish to fell and replace T1 - Large beech with four large cavities in the main stems: we wish to crown reduce by approx 20%. T2 - Copper Beech - we wish to reduce four lower limbs by approx 20% growing towards the house.

Prune plum tree away from house and reduce in height approx 1m and crown clean 4. Repollard contorted willow tree to previous reduction points 5. Pollard Goat Willow in rear corner of garden by fence/wall, over-hanging neighbours garden with heavy over extended limbs. 6.Thin one Elder at the rear of the property by 30% and reduce by approx. 1m and remove crossing branches. 7.Trim Yew ( fastigiata) tree/hedge to the right of back garden gate. 8.Remove tall skinny Ash tree with dieback next to fruit trees. 9.Remove apple tree to approximate ground level. 10.Crown lift apricot (over gateway and allow for parking) and reduce longer limbs by approx 1m 11. Crown lift magnolia and reduce(no more than 30%) where possible away from the house 12. Remove young Ash tree with dieback symptoms on boundary between Yew tree and Contorted Willow
