W1 - Ash, Beech, Birch, Lime, Maple, Sycamore, Willow Densely populated woodland area along western boundary. Windblown Birch reported on 11 November. Dense ivy coverage restricting observations of some larger specimens and adding additional weight to younger trees. Sever ivy and strip from base to 2m on all trees marked with and orange spot (Approx 25no trees) T1 - Ash - heavy easterly lean over car park and lamppost with dense ivy adding additional weight. Pollard to 3m T2 - Birch - heavy easterly lean over car park. Poor future growth habit anticipated. Fell to ground level (marked with orange line)

Area to North Side of Gate - Nr Hawthorn - Prune back to level with wall on garden side, Reduce height by approx 600mm, Crown Raise to height of wall Laburnum - Prune to match reduced canopy of 2nr Hawthorns Area to South Side of Gate - Sever Ivy on 3nr Laburnum Trees. Remove Hawthorn tree. Reduce canopies to match works to north side of gate. Reduce shrub be approx. 600-900mm and prune side to form balanced canopy. Reduce Mountain Ash by 900-1200mm and balance canopy Holly - Remove rear stem and minor pruning to reduce overall size of remaining tree Re-pollard tree and reduce to approx 3-3.5m height. Crown reduce tree by 1.2-1.5m and undertake minor crown raising to balance canopy Remove apple tree back to boundary wall

Willow - Remove large bows overhanging the shed, crown reduce and reshape the reminder of the tree by 3m to shape. Remove several low secondary stems which are damaging the boundary fence 8. Elder - Pollard at a height of 3m

1 - Cypress Hedge running the East boundary of the property. Approximately 150 meters in length. The proposal is to remove the hedge and replace with similar or an alternative native hedge row in the same location. 2 - Removal of goat willow. The proposed works is to remove the goat willow and replant a willow tree in a position on nearby higher ground that will not be likely to flood. 3 - Removal of Fir Tree near the public highway entrance to the property. A large number of trees are to be planted within the grounds of the property in the near future. The trees will native hardwood. This will compensate for this loss.
