T1, Conifer : Cut over hanging branches back to the boundary wall.

East boundary of property: T1 - Holm oak - cut back from house by 1 metre to give clearance from property. G1 - Dismantle and fell of 2 x Sycamores (dead/dying). Re-pollard all 12 sycamores on bank to previous pruning points due to poor unions and regrowth. T2 - Removal of hung dead stems on east boundary.

Cut branches back in line with boundary wall

A variety of Holly, Beech, Sycamore along the entire length of the boundary between the Rousdon Estate and the A3052 - Crown lifting to achieve a minimum of 5.5M clearance above the A3052. Felling of invasive Cherry Laurel where it overhangs the A3052. These works are proposed as remedial work to improve the safety of the public highway A3052. Grateful for early consideration of this proposal.

Cherry - Reduce radial spread of tree by 1.5 to 2 m to retain an average radial spread to 3 to 3.5m. Yew - Trim plus crown raise to give 1.5m clearance over parking bay. Holly - Prune back to boundary wall. Magnolia - Prune back to boundary wall. Purple Plum - Prune back to boundary wall. Cherry (behind Magnolia) - Suspected fire Blight. Prune affected branches back to 30cm beyond any signs of infection.

Bay Tree - Take the height back down and where possible cut back to boundary without destroying shape and sanctuary for birds, and cut back ivy The tree is blocking light and sunshine until after 1pm

T1 and T2 - Hawthorn: Reduce in height by 20% (of crown:not overall height). Shorten back lateral branches by up to 20% for a symmetrical form (diameter cuts 3-6cm) T3 and T4 - Ptttisporum - Reduce in height by approx 30% (diameter cuts up to 9cm) i.e previous growth points. Reshape laterals to gain 1 meter clearance from church, and to the boundary with neighbours. T5 and T6 - Photina: Reduce crown height by 30% and lightly reshape to balance.
