T1 Yew - to remove and replant same species in garden - The proposal is to remove the tree in its entirety. This isudue to: - Its placement close to the boundary and to structures such as a pre 20th century coal shed, dry stone wall and the existing dwelling. -The trunk is split ind the tree is in poor condition - The tree is in close proximity to a recently consented proposal - The tree is ulifting the paving. - The polt is substantial and new trees are better placed in the open and large garden provision, closer to the river.

Silver Birch (SB) fell as the tree is diseased (see photos b) & c) and unstable. The tree is leaning over the boundary fence and has shed branches during high winds. Ash (Ash) raise crown to 4 metres, prune overhanging branches by 1.5 metres. Work to be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Replacement hornbeam and beech saplings have been planted.
