Grey Poplar tree (449) by reducing 1 no. northern stem to the vertical bough at 4 metres and reduce 1 no. vertical bough by 2 metres; Fell 6 no. Grey Poplar trees and 2 no. stools to single the boles (449) (interior group); Pollard 1 no. Elder tree (449) (Cemetary boundary) at 2 metres as it is too asymmetrical to withstand gale force winds; Fell 3 no. Poplar trees and 1 no. Sycamore tree (449) (Cemetary boundary); Fell 7 no. Poplar trees and 4 no. Sycamore trees (449) (Cemetary boundary) as they are very spindly and growing over the path; Crown reduce 1 no. Poplar tree (449) (Cemetary boundary) by 2 metres if it is too spindly when exposed by thinning of surrounding trees

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Laurel hedge (1) to widen vehicle access; Remove 1 no. Holly tree (2) as it has become overgrown and has damaged a wall; Remove 1 no. Yew tree (3) due to the tree leaning and is in poor condition; Remove 2 no. Conifer trees (4) as they are poor specimens and have not been maintained; Remove 4 no. Conifer trees (5) due to the trees previously causing damage to the boundary wall and have grown so large that telephone wires run through the centre of the crown; Remove 1 no. Hawthorn tree (6) as it is in poor condition

BESWICK CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Silver Birch tree (T1) due to recent storm damage and is overhanging the boundary; Crown lift 1 no. Beech tree (T2) to 3 metres; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree (T3) by removing 1 no. split limb to south at 3 metres and crown reduce remaining tree by 2-3 metres as appropriate to re-balance; Crown reduce 1 no. Apple tree (T4) by 1 metre back to previous pruning points

WETWANG CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 2 no. Golden Leylandii hedges in middle boundary (approximately 80 trees); Fell eastern 6 no. Green Leylandii on north boundary; Fell 16 no. Green Leylandii trees on north boundary. This is to create additional space for burials. Boundary trees to be replaced with Beech hedge.

NORTH BAR WITHOUT CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 3 no. Silver Birches (T1, T2, T3); Fell 1 no. Box elder (T4); Fell 1 no. Lawson Cypress (T5). Trees to be removed to allow for driveway relocation and landscaping. Birches to be replaced with 5 new birch of the same size as those recently planted to create boundary avenue of silver birch of uniform size.

LOCKINGTON CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Cherry tree back to boundary with neighbouring property (8 South Glebe) and crown reduce to 1m on side within applicants property (9 South Glebe).

NORTH FERRIBY CONSERVATION AREA - Crown lift 1 no. Purple Beech tree (T1) to 4 metres clear above garden height to alleviate excessive shading; Crown lift 2 no. Beech trees (T2 & T3) to 6 metres clear above garden height to alleviate excessive shading; Crown reduce 1 no. group of Cypress trees (Group 1) by lightly reducing overhanging branches to maintain tidy and functional boundary; Crown reduce 1 no. Cypress tree (T5) by reducing 1 no. limb leaning over the neighbouring garden to the south-west by 60% and lightly trim to re-balance; Crown reduce 1 no. Cypress tree (T6) by removing 1 no. unbalanced low limb projecting over path; Fell 1 no. Elder tree (T7) due to the tree being an inappropriate and intrusive species and is causing crowding and shading; Crown reduce 1 no. Silver Birch tree (T8) by reducing 1 no. extended limb by 5 metres growing towards and over property back to obvious junction, trim small low branches at this junction where impacting on TV aerial, and prune previous stubs and poor pruning cuts if over the boundary

BISHOP BURTON CONSERVAION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Weeping Willow tree (T3) back to property boundary; Crown reduce 1 no. Golden Gage (T4) by 1 metre on applicants side.

HESSLE S'FIELD CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 2 no. Sycamore trees (T1 & T2) by 1-5 metres; Side reduce 1 no. Ash tree (T3), 1 no. Sycamore tree (T4) and 1 no. Pine tree (T5) by 2 metres back to the fence line due to branches overhanging boundary fence
