1 x small Bay tree - Fell to ground level and grind out stump. Reason: tree growing very close to property in a location which will not allow long term retention. Fence panels have been broken and need replacing to make garden secure.

Horse Chestnut - has bleeding canker. This tree needs to be felled and replaced with appropriate slow growing tree, because of poor pollarding, disease and damage to ground and fencing. Replant with Himalayan Birch.

Rear garden 1 x Holly -Reduce and shape by up to 30%, to reduce shading on neighbour's garden. 1 x Apple - Remove as branches will interfere with neighbour's new fence. To be replaced by two evergreen shrubs. 1 x unknown: Remove, near a pond and there are 2 other trees nearby on either side, and it is too close to the fence to enable maintenance work.

Removal of a lime tree on the border of the back gardens of numbers 10 and 8 Warren Hill Road. This tree is unattractive (having been heavily pollarded long before I bought the property in 2010) and is unpopular with both myself and my neighbours. It creates shading that prevents other planting in the area, while the sticky sap makes it difficult to enjoy the valued seating areas either side of the fence. Discussions with neighbours and experts have led to the conculsion that the only good option is to remove the tree, to allow replanting on both sides of the fence. During my 10 years in the propery, I have so far planted 4 holm oaks (to compliment 2 existing) and a beech hedge (to compliment 1 existing). I have excellent relationships with all of my neighbours and this removal is part of our continued co-operation to maintain and improve our shared back garden environment.

Removal of 2 Sycamore trees and 2 silver Birch at the rear of 2 Beacon Hill Cottages, in addition to the removal of the eastern and northern hedges, which are predominantly ivy. A Holly tree inside the garden shall be removed. This is for the purpose of installing a new fence and hedge for the property. All have low amenity value an currently block light to the property and neighbouring property.
