Trees to rear of property: T1 Ash - Remove large limb over garage back to trunk and remove dead wood. T2 Ash - Remove dead wood.

Trees located very close to property, out buildings and garage 4 x self-set multi stem Ash - Re-coppice to allow regeneration. Reason: these 4 Ash trees have previously been coppiced and now are thin and leggy and very close to the property and outbuildings. By re-coppicing the trees will be able to regenerate. 1 x self-set Ash - Re- coppice the tree is leaning at heavy angle across pathway and close to outbuildings. 2 x Hazels - Re-coppice as both have also been previously kept as coppice and will regenerate. (As confirmed on site the removal of deadwood, light pruning back overhang from footpaths along with works to various Elders and shrubs within garden area can be carried out without prior notification. This also includes the light pruning of both Hazels, prior to coppicing).

T1 Lime in rear garden - to reduce/pollard by up to 40% of current crown volume. T2 Monterey Cypress - to be felled. The tree is considered a danger to property following loss of adjacent conifers to storm damage which brought dowm overhead cables and caused structural damage to garage. This tee is now exposed and without the shelter of previous surrounding trees.

T1 Group of 4 conifers, to be felled; roots affecting structure of garage and driveway. T2 Horse Chestnut; crown reduce by 50% and reshape; tree has leaning stem.

Pear tree - reduce by 40% and shape. Poplar - remove heavy limb over road. Lime - by driveway, reduce back and shape to the boundary. Sycamore by drive - reduce back over the garage, remove large limb and adjacent dead tree.

We have a large sycamore tree approximately 3 metres behind our garage. The garage has suffered a large crack on the right wall (south facing) as a result of subsidence as identified by Philip Sciberras BSc (Hons) MRICS BDMA Ins Tech for Trinity Claims. Mr Sciberras identified the source of the subsidence as the sycamore tree and that it needed to be removed to avoid further damage to the garage. The tree is located close to the property line of the property and there is insufficient space to plant a new tree.

Section and dismantle one conifer tree pushing onto garage

T1 Eucalyptus, Coppice due to it growing at 45 degree angle over the garden, will be able to regrow straight. T2 Oak Tree, Remove the lower 2 branches growing over the neighbours garage and shape the crown on that side. T3 Small self set Acacia, Remove, its is growing up into a larger Acacia. T4 Acacia reduce crown by 30% to keep at a manageable size and reduce shading over house.

To fell Bay Laurel in rear boundary and growing at base of neighbour's garage.
