Remove 1 x dead Cherry Tree. Remove 6 dead trees close behind garden shed, to allow the other trees space to grow. Remove 1 x large multi stem Cypress towards the upper part of the garden, as it is overgrown and dominating the garden, causing potential risk to neighbouring buildings.

Fell and remove 1 x large Ash tree in rear garden, including the stump. Base of tree suffering from significant rot, and is becoming a concern to the current owners of the property. A Damson tree will be planted as a replacement.

Undertake a 20% crown reduction to 1 x Eucalyptus in order to reduce size of the tree and to improve its shape.

Crown reduction of approx 15% and crown lifting to a height of approx 2 metres to four trees adjacent to neighbour's fence and garage to prevent branches from contacting neighbour's property, and in addition to allow more light into that part of the garden. Trees to be reduced are T1 (Lime), T2 (London Plane), T3 (Lime) and T4 (Lime), all situated along the perimeter of the property and overhanging the neighbour's property. All trees were planted at the same time and are approx 15m high and 1m from neighbouring property.

Ash (AT1 on plan) - reduce crown by approximately 2-3m where required to give an even canopy and reduce sail and shading. Beech (BT1) - complete canopy reduction removing between 1.5 to 2.5 m to help even the trees growth, and improve light in to the garden. Crack willow (WT1) - to have a 1.5-2.5 m reduction all over to manage growth rate and to remove excess growth leading towards overhead power cables. Birch tree (SB1) - to have approximately 2 m canopy reduction all over to reshape the canopy and remove growth leading towards overhead power cables. Mixed shrubs (MS1) - to be reduced by approximately 1-1.5 m to help manage growth. Main species are Holly and Cypress. Leylandii (LT1) - to be reduced by approximately 1-2 m to help manage growth.

Removal of 8 metres of Leylandii hedging, the hedge is over 12 metres tall and growing into the 2 walnut trees that are either side of it. Removal of Hawthorn which is growing into walnut tree. Crown reduction of Portuguese Laurel - reduce height of crown by 3 metres and lateral spread by 2 metres. Crown reduction of 5 plum trees - reduce height of crown by 2 metres.
