Remove basal suckers and crown clean through removal of weak, damaged or crossing branches. Crown lift to give 2.5m clearance over footpath.

Trees in Furnival Gardens overhanging clients garden 12 Upper Mall. Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) x 5, reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx. 3-3.5m of growth. Reduce remaining crowns to the most recent previous reduction points, ensuring no overhang to Sussex House, 12 Upper Mall, removing approx. 2-3m of new growth. Retain some furnishing growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 4m. Madenhair Tree (Ginkgo biloba), Reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx 3-3.5m of growth. Cut any growth on building side back to main stem, removing approx. 1-1.5m of growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 2m.

Sketch plan: The tree is marked as (1) on the sketch plan. Description of works to be carried out: Full and complete removal of the tree and trunk. No new tree to be planted there after. Reason for work: (1) Originally, we had applied for a crown reduction (reference: 2019/01075/tree) which the council had consented to. Post submitting our initial application we've had a landscaper visit our property and she informed us that the tree in question in our application is dying. Furthermore, its natural growth has been hindered by the neighbours (28 Harwood road) tree which was growing adjacent to it. With the neighbours tree taken down in the past month our tree looks even more out of place as it's crown is completely flattened on the left hand side. As a result we've decided we would like to remove it entirely. (2) We are looking to renovate our garden and in order to do so we would need to remove the tree. It also blocks valuable sunlight to our garden and front of house. (3) The above provides low amenity value and detracts from the presentation our and the neighbours property

Front garden. T1) Bay(Laurus nobilis), reduce height by 1.5m to suitable growth points to maintain rounded top canopy line when regrowth appears; trim back sides by 0.6m to compact rounded form with emphasis on 1m clear separation from house wall/windows. Rear garden. T2) Tree of Heaven(Ailanthus altissima), reduce LH overhang to match RHS only; remove any deadwood.

There are 6 trees (5 lime and 1 ash) which line Millers Way, located in the land to the rear of 47-51 Shepherd's Bush Road. A1) Ash tree, overhanging Flat 1 Mill House, remove dead branches which overhang Millers Way. L2) Lime tree (marked L2), reduce the crown to address the overhanging branches and bring the height down by 25ft and reduce the spread of the tree by approx 20ft keeping the overall shape; lift the crown height to approx 30ft above the ground. L3-6) Lime trees (3), lift the crown height to approx 30ft above the ground.

Since last work carried out Nov 17 the tree has grown enormously it cuts out light of 1st and 2nd floor windows of our front house, overhangs significantly both adjoining properties and street and pavement below and touches cables. Crown thinning 30% and crown reduction 1.00 - 2.00 m

Walnut (T1) - Fell because the client feels that the tree is a hazard to the clients house and an insurance liability for the client and nuisance to their neighbours. The tree is located in the rear garden of 84 Wormholt Road. Its location is indicated on pages 1 and 2 on the accompanying document, reference 'CCL 10437 Tree Location Plans'

Honey locust (T1) - Reduce crown back to previous most recent reduction points. Get 2m clearance from the building. Remove epicormic growth. The tree is very large for the space and blocks light to many gardens. It is also near the house and needs regular pruning to restrict the root growth.

Mimosa Remove Small tree with trunk that is touching the wall of the house. This tree will cause damage to the house if it is left to grow any larger.
