Lightly reshape and trim to mintain shape to 1 no. Holly (T1) Prune back from the corner of the house to give 1 meter clearance to 1 no. Laburnum (T2) Reduce and reshape overall canopy dimensions by 1 meter from 5 meters to 4 meters height and to 2 meters radial spread to 1 no. Cherry (T3)

Pollard 3 no. Lime trees, crown lift 1 no. Cornus tree by 1-2m and lateral reduction from house by 1-2m and crown reduction of 1 no. Copper Beech tree by 1-2m and trim back pavement branches by 1-2m within Harrogate Conservation Area.

Crown reduction of 1 no. Apple tree by approx. 2m with selective lateral pruning up to 1m to house. In Fearby Conservation Area.

Lateral reduction of the overhanging foliage to the boundary line. All pruning to be in accordance with BS3998:2010 with no pruning wounds in excess of 50mm diameter of 1 no. Elm tree within Masham Conservation Area. Fell due to proximity to building, excessively leaning towards the house, excessively shading the garden (proximity to house main concern). Due to the lean and the long leggy structure of these trees there is a lack of joints to properly reduce back to joints for clearance (which I would normally apply for in this case). We feel that As there is 2 more mature tree of the same variety behind, which is perfectly shaped and continues the amenity value. (NB we are only applying to remove the small tree closest to 29 Oaks, not the two larger mature trees behind).

T1 Beech - crown lift to 5 meters above the property 'Riverglen'. Reduce lateral branch spread extending over the house by 1 - 2 meters upto eight of 10 meters to provide canopy clearances above and away from the property.

Remove 3 limbs from the lower canopy to give a 3m clearance from property of 1 Willow, remove co-dominant limb tending toward the house and prune canopy to give 2m clearance from house of 1 Alder and remove long low limb tending over footpath and crown lift to 2.5m of 1 Sycamore within Boroughbridge Conservation Area.

Reduce height by 50% to 1no. Lawson Cypress (T2), crown lift canopy toward house to 3m to 1no. Yew (T3), fell group of Elder at front of house (T5), fell declining laurel group at front of house (T4) and prune laurel group to improve natural form (T4). Boroughbridge Conservation Area.

Crown reduction to previous pruning points of 1no. Holly Tree, crown reduction to 1no. Forest Pansy Redbud by 0.4-0.5m, and felling of 1no. purple plum tree. Farnham Conservation Area. Prune Forest Pansy Redbud located at the front of house according to the following specifications: . Reduce crown height and spread by approximately 0.4-0.5 metres to enhance natural form. Remove Purple Plum to the following specifications: Carefully dismantle using rigging techniques where required. Treat stump with eco-plug.

T1 - remove group of conifers over summer house at rear of property. T2 - remove section of conifer hedge casing damage to neighbouring wall at rear of property. T3 - reduce by approx half 3 conifer trees at rear of property in hedge row within Hampsthwaite Conservation Area.
