Leylandii hedge - Reduce height of the trees by approximately 2m (to the height of the neighbouring roof line/gutter level).

T1 Oak tree in front garden - Remove 1x large limb over owners garage and neighbours side of roof.

Yew 2 no. trees on western boundary, adjacent to conservatory - Reduce crowns by approximately 1m and trim climbing plants, removing from upper crowns of both trees. T2 Dogwood on eastern boundary of rear garden, adjacent to outbuilding - Prune western side of crown by approximately 1m. reducing to appropriate side branches and providing a minimum of 1m clearance from wall and roof of building. T4 Small English Oak to east of Sycamore - Lightly reduce crown by approximately 1m, to tidy crown form. T5 English Oak adjacent to Sycamore (item 3), to west - Reduce southern side of crown overhanging lawn by 1.5-2m, cutting to appropriate side branches and growth points. Lightly reduce top by approximately 1m, to balance shape. T6 Scots Pine to north of driveway - Remove small, lowest branch hanging down above Holm Oak - Reduce southern side of crown by 1-1.5m, taking care to cut to appropriate growth points/side branches. Lightly reduce top, to balance shape. T7 Beech - Prune small, lower eastern branch protruding from canopy back into line with other branches.

Line of approximately 40 x Conifer trees at back edge of the car park and neighbouring gardens - Fell to ground and grind out main roof stump plate to a depth of 8-10in.

T1 Sweet Chestnut - Remove epicormic growth on main stem (west) to approximately 9m above ground level. Remove 3 x small branches (south) approx. 10-15cm diameter at attachment point, closest to roof of No.13. at 6-10m above ground level. T2 Leyland Cypress - Cut back to boundary.

T1 Beech tree - Crown lift to 4m removing light tertiary growth to 5m over road. Reduce height by approximately 3.5m and radial spread by approximately 2.5m (to 3m where occasional elongated thin branches protrude from canopy and to ensure 2m clearance from roof of property) to produce canopy approximately 10.5m tall with approximately 5m radial crown spread. T5 London Plane - Reduce branches overhanging roof by 2m. T6 London Plane - Remove.

T1 Sycamore - Fell tree. T2 Cherry - Fell tree. T3 Laurel - Prune crown to allow 2m clearance of building and prune back by 2m from height and 2m from lateral limbs. T4 Hazel - Thin crown by removing the 10% largest stems. T5 Apple - Fell tree. TG6 - 1 x Laurel, 5 x Holly and 1x Sycamore group (smaller trees along fence line at boundary) - Fell trees. T7 Ash - Prune back by 4m from height and 1m from lateral limbs. T8 Ash - Prune back by 4m from height and 1m from lateral limbs. T9 Maple (Norway) - Prune back by 3m from height and 1-2m from lateral limbs. T10 Maple (Norway) - Prune back by 3m from height and 1-2m from lateral limbs. T11 Sycamore - Fell tree. T12 Yew - Prune back to boundary line to stop contact with shed roof.
