T1 London Plane - Crown lift to 5m above ground-level including removal of selected branches back to main stem in line with red lines shown. Radially reduce SW, W and E crown, shape and blend with remaining crown in line with red lines shown to provide minimum 2m clearance from roof of adjacent building, to prevent tree from encroaching footpath, carriage way and access to tennis club and to prevent damage to the adjacent building whilst maintaining amenity value of tree. T1 Silver Birch - Crown reduction by 2.7m to minimise swaying and reduce shading. T2 Maple - Crown reduction by 2.6m to minimise swaying and reduce shading. T3 Maple - Crown reduction by 2.8m to prevent interference with roof tiles and reduce shading. T4 Walnut, T5 Horse Chestnut, T6 Walnut - Maximum 30% crown thin to allow more light into garden and remove damaged branches to preserve mature trees. Reduce branches causing shading and overhanging neighbouring property back to boundary line. T7 Weeping Willow - 25% crown thin and cut back by 1m to maintain health of tree.

T1 Magnolia and T2 Box Acer - to be re-pollarded to previous points and to acheieve a height of approximately 4 metres due to excessive shading and proximity to the roof.

Horse Chesnut (T1) - remove as infected with Canker and fungus Horse Chesnut (T2) - remove partially dead, infected with Canker and fungus Horse Chesnut (T3) - monitor as infected with fungus Birch (T4) - lift crown and remove laterals over-hanging roof and ariel to give 4-5 m clearance Bay (T5) - crown reduction to prevent branches over-hanging roof and shape, reduce the height to 3m Golden Juniper (T6) - remove Spruce (T7) - remove as damaged Cherry (T8) - remove Oak (T9) - reduce damaged section and broken branch, remove deadwood Ash (T10) - monitor group of trees for any decline in condition, remove deadwood Cypress group (T11) - reduce height to 5m and remove laterals over-hanging greenhouse to provide clearance

Pine (T1) - reduce north east side of crown by 3m to give clearance to roof Yew (T2) - fell due to over crowding, low amenity value. Will give other surrounding trees rooms to grow/breath Lime (T3) - crown lift 6m above ground (involves removal of epicormic growth only) Yew (T4) - fell due to outgrown its position, excessive shading Holly (T5) - reduce height by 3m Yew (T7 and T8) - crown reduce 2m Yew (T9 and T10) - crown lift by 2m from ground level

Acer (T1)- Fell due to interferance with neighbouring roof and gutter, damage to fence and drive and excessive shading.

Walnut Tree (T1) - Reduce crown away from the roof by 1.5m, crown lift over the road by 5.2m. Leylandii Tree (T2) - Fell to ground level due to low amenity value, not in keeping with area and will provide more room for surrounding trees.

T1 Poplar - Crown reduction to 1 meter below previous points of work (see photo). Right hand limb to reduce by a further meter as it grown quite a distance over barn roof, ivy removal from all three limbs down to lower trunk T2 Silver Birch - 2.5 meter crown reduction all round T3 Oak - Crown reduction back to previous work points (see photo). Also lateral reduction by 1m to rebalance tree

Reduce height of Holly tree by 50% to prevent further damage to the roof of Church Cottage
