The Lodge 2 Dykes End Collingham Nottinghamshire NG23 7LD
1. Lateral reduction of two Elm by 1-2 metres where they are overhanging the roof of the house. 2. Lateral reduction of Leylandii where branches are encroaching over neighbour's property, particularly their roof by 1 to 2m. 3. Lateral reduction of by 2.5m Box to improve appearance and aid access to seating area. 4. Remove dead branches from Oak tree. 5. There are a number of self set Sycamore saplings around the borders (not shown on sketch plan), we propose to remove these as their siting is not appropriate for the garden and surrounding planting (diameter of trunk within threshold for exemption). 6. Remove dead wood from Robinia to remove the danger of falling branches causing damage to cars parked in the driveway. 7. Trim back small trees and shrubs surrounding the Robinia which are becoming overgrown by up to 1m. 8. Reduce in height by approximately 2m and shape Bay tree that has become overgrown and is restricting access to the side of the kitchen. 9. Yew hedges - trim to retain shape, removing approximately 10- 15cm of growth
