Trees Fence Boundary House Shed
DM/0057/21/TCA | Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

1 Bargate Avenue Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN32 0EB

2 Leylandii trees located in the rear garden. The application is being made by the residents of 26, 28 and 30 Welholme Avenue. Proposed Work: Tree 1; Remove overhanging and dead branches. Leave tree at its current height; Tree 2 - Remove overhanging and dead branches. Reduce the height of tree 2 so it is similar/same as the height of tree 1 (see attached plan for location of trees and tree numbering). Reasons: To increase light and rainfall into the gardens of 26, 20 and 30 Welholme Avenue. To reduce the risk of property damage should the trees fall, eg storm damage and in the past falling branches from the trees caused damage to the fence between numbers 28 and 30 Welhome Avenue

Trees Fence
DM/0809/20/TCA | Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

67 Bargate Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN34 5BD

1. Reduce the height of the sycamore from approx 17m to approx 14m. Reduce canopy spread from 10m to 7m. This tree is a giant and we last had it reduced in 2016. Eventually it will encroach on the house again if we don't keep it under control. 2. Trim up the overhanging branches of Hawthorne, Prunus, Holly etc. on Bargate to just above fence height. We periodically get complaints from pedestrians, and it's time to pay attention to this. 3. Trim back only the Hawthorne overhanging flowerbed at Bargate end of property cutting back to main body of Hawthorne. 4. Trim back Laurel that is shading flowerbed to side of property, and also interfering with neighbour's condenser pipe and rainwater goods. Cutting back to clear the compost bins. 5. Reduce height of Cypressus at rear of property to 6m. They are very fast growing and we anticipate our rear neighbours will be contacting us soon to ask us to take care of them. 6. Finally, an overgrown Elder has been revealed in the back corner. It is covered in ivy, half dead, and we would like to have it removed.

Trees Fence
DM/0546/20/TCA | Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

28 Lambert Road Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN32 0HT

Request permission for removal of tree at our address due to poor condition (see attached photos). There is a fungus in two areas which are different types. One is a disc shape at the bottom of the trunk and the other a more orange looking one on lower branch. The tree has a split in the back of it which has allowed water to get in and is full of fibrous material. One of the photos shows the tree is near the boundary of numbers 28 and 30 Lambert Road, but you can see the boundary at the moment as the fence is in the process of being replaced. I am unsure what species the tree is, but I have been told its condition is not good.
