Please find the application for works for the encroachment of the sycamore tree over the neighbor's property (Grosvenor house), to reduce the sycamore tree to 3.4 meters from the base and 2 meters from the boundary wall.

1) Pine tree, approximately 20 feet from the back of our property in the back: Fell or partial removal. Reason: dying/dead 2) Cedar tree overhangs from our neighbours property at 76 Station Road: remove over extending branch overhanging out summer house. x2 other branches, that overhangs our garden, cut back to boundary. Reason The branch in question is directly attached to the main trunk which has a large split. Stop the excessive mounds of pigeon excrement being dropped directly onto our outdoor eating/entertainment area.

x7 Trees at 65A: T1 and T3 Sycamore trees; Clean out deadwood, reduce canopy spread over driveway. T2 Evergreen Oak: Fell, leans out over highway. Conifer trees T4,T6 and T7: Fell Cedar T5: remove lowest branch over shed and reduce canopy spread to 3m radius minimum, reshape. x2 trees at 65 Bargate: 65T1, 65T2; Yew trees, reduce canopy back to boundary fence x4 Trees at Fryston House FT1, FT2, FT3, FT4: Holly and Yew trees; cut back to boundary fence. ,

Silver Birch - fell because of excessive shading, encroaching on telephone wires and low amenity value. The tree is close to the house and root growth is now threatening the foundations and has caused structural damage to the boundary wall. Replacement of one standard Acer already planted and established 6 ft to the front but growth of this is now being restricted by the Silver Birch. Complaints also received from neighbour, Mr Malcolm Giles at 15 Woodrow Park about loss of daylight and restricted view due to size of tree. We were granted permission to reduce the size several years ago (5 years?), but it has already grown back. The size is such that it has become out of proportion to the rest of the garden.

[T1] Purple Flowering Cherry Tree on Front boundary - Sectionally dismantle, stump to be left as low as possible. Branches tend to fall near front door. Young children live in household so becomes dangerous when entering the home. Also creates excessive shading into Hallway and landing and provides low amenity value to the household. [T2] Cherry Tree on back boundary. Reduce canopy by 30%. Reshape accordingly. [T3] Copper Beech on side boundary (Devonshire Avenue side). Cut back away from dwelling.

Removal of 2 conifers and trimming of the cedar tree which sits along the boundary of the property. Cedar - 5 limbs to be removed, 3 are dead, 1 close to house and 1 at eye level on public highway.
