Mature Ash trees T1 and T2, previously pollarded over 10 years ago: side back to main trunk, limbs over and touching 307A roof up to 7m. Multi-stemmed Ash tree T3: branches encroaching over roof of 307A cut back to stem up to 7m. Ash T4 in neighbours garden: remove 3 bottom branches back to trunk approx 75mm dia to clear roof.

Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

T1 Sycamore: Fell Reason: Tree is blocking vehicle access to the property T2 Hazel: Lift canopy over access driveway to 3m T4 Beech: Lift canopy over access driveway to 3m and cut back lateral limbs interfering with roof to give 1m clearance.

T1 Holly tree approx 7m - fell to allow more light into garden. T2 Holly tree approx 7m crown reduced by 2m to allow more light into the garden. G1 Group of Perimeter trees mainly Sycamore approx 12m - crown lift to 6-7m to allow more light into the garden. G2 Group of Yew trees approx 9m - target prune to clear property roof by 2 - 3m.

T2 - London Plane - Reduce radial crown spread to approximately 4m or closest suitable viable growth point. Lift canopy to 7m. Clean out dead wood, crossing branches and remove ivy from trunk. T1 - Lime - Remove epicormic shoots from base of tree, remove ivy from trunk and raise crown to 2m above garage roof. (approx. 5 - 6m from ground level) G2 - Fell 3no. small Holly trees in front garden and prune remaining large Holly tree to a conical shape.

T1 & T2 = Large Sycamore Trees, Crown Lift to 7.5m to clear property roof and guttering and allow more light into the garden. T3 Large Ash tree, remove 5 branches (as per marked on enclosed photo) to allow more light into garden. T4 Large Birch, remove deadwood.

Silver birch in rear garden - lift crown from 4m to 12m above neighbours driveway, and laterally reduce upper crown spread above neighbours roof from 6m to 3m.

Horse Chestnut (T1), Re-pollard to existing pollard points due to proximity to neighbouring property and shading. Maple (T2), Crown lift to give 2m clearance of building roof due to branches interfering with roof. (G1) Privet hedgerow and Cherry trees fell due to proximity to building (under 1m) they shade roof and windows all day making outside of building damp and rooms cold
